Returns & Refunds

We will Refund your order as long as they meet the following conditions;

– We are notified of the return and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. – The items are returned in its original saleable condition and in the original packaging with labels in-tact.

We do not provide a “FREE RETURN” service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be customers responsibility, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item before proceeding with the return. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewellery
  • Some health and personal care items

Please allow up to 14 days for all refunds to be processed.

During FREE delivery offer: In case of a return where by returning goods your order total after deducting the value of the returned goods is less than £99 your free delivery offer shall be negated and £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange you will need to return your items to us within the 14 days. Prior to sending out your exchange items a delivery charge of £4.50 is payable.

Cancelling items – If you cancel your order before it’s shipped we will issue your full refund without any handling fee.

HOW TO RETURN

You can return your order with any courier or postal service e.g Post Office, EVRi, DPD etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we will not be liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
