You may return any item within 14 days from receipt with prior notice for a full refund of that item. You also have the option to exchange it for a different size or colour if it's available, SALE ITEMS can only be exchanged and will not be refunded. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
In all cases, the items returned must be unworn and in their original Packaging & condition (Please note: Items Returned out of their original Packaging are not Acceptable And We May Refuse To Refund. These Items may be Returned back to you, and you may also be asked to pay the shipment cost, if you refuse to pay, then these items will be disposed off after 28 days without further Notice). All goods will be inspected on return.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
If an item has been returned as a fault on our part, i.e damaged or wrong item, then yes we will refund your delivery charge too. However, all the items will be examined on return. If the company has a reason to believe that the damage has been caused deliberately, or if the item has been returned for any other reason on your part, then there will be no refund for the delivery charge.
A standard delivery charge of £5.95 will be payable on exchange orders dispatched from the warehouse. We cannot exchange pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. All exchanges are subject to availability.
